  • FHWA-NHI-130055 Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges Certification
  • FHWA-NHI-130078 Fracture Critical Inspection Techniques for Steel Bridges Certification
  • FHWA-NHI-130110 Tunnel Safety Inspection Certification
  • Experience operating snooper trucks, bucket trucks, and man lifts

Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Bridge Inspection Team Leader / Engineer IV at the Phoenix, Arizona office to perform routine, in-depth, fracture critical, tunnel, and canal inspections. Inspections may include use of snooper trucks, bucket trucks, boats, and/or man lifts.

This opportunity can include bridge design work and the ability to complete design related tasks with a clear understanding of Arizona DOT, regional and municipal standards is applicable to the responsibilities of this position.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS + 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Valid DMV license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ years' experience of bridge inspection and/or bridge design experience
  • PE highly preferred
  • AASHTOWare Bridge Rating (BrR) experience
  • AASHTOWare Bridge Management experience
  • FHWA-NHI-130055 Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges Certification

  • Offered rate of compensation (Phoenix, AZ. area only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $170,000.00.
