The Building Engineer Manager is an essential contributor to ensuring that the InfraCo Fixed Network property portfolio can support all our customer's requirements. You will use your building engineering skills and experience to contribute to the specialist analysis, design, development, and deployment of building services to support our customers’ needs and to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors to Fixed Network Sites.
Your day-to-day focus will be coordinating large capital programs to ensure seamless integration with the existing complex infrastructure and contributing towards developing optimal engineering solutions for power and cooling within InfraCo sites.
You will undertake scoping and budgeting activities, create projects and own these through design, construction and completion. You will lead or contribute towards complex technical feasibilities which may involve cost modelling or detailed analysis.
