We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join a digital product team focused on workforce and HR solutions.
You will be supporting the Job Solutions Platform, a strategic SaaS product designed to modernize workforce planning and organizational design. The platform combines job matching, grading, and description generation, using advanced AI to automate and simplify complex HR processes like job evaluation and content creation. Your work will directly contribute to improving usability, accuracy, and efficiency for both Mercer consultants and external clients.
This role is ideal for someone skilled in translating complex business needs into structured, actionable requirements and who thrives in a cross-functional, agile product environment.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to elicit, define, and document business and functional requirements
Collaborate with UX designers to clarify requirements and support them in design creation process
Analyze existing processes and suggest improvements aligned with business objectives
Create clear and concise documentation, including user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and wireframes (where applicable)
Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and ongoing product development cycles
Assist in testing and validation of developed features to ensure alignment with requirements
Contribute to knowledge sharing and product documentation initiatives
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a digital product or software development environment
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Proven experience in business and functional requirement gathering and documentation
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple priorities
Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken)
Experience in the HR, people management, or compensation domains
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, DevOps Azure, Miro, Figma or similar
Exposure to user experience (UX) concepts and/or data analysis
