FutureMeds, an independent Site Management Organization (SMO) was founded in 2019, and specializes in European clinical trials across 20+ therapeutic areas. The Senior HR Manager for Poland plays a crucial role in both the Country leadership team and the Group HR team. Reporting to the Group HR Director and the Country Managing Director, you will define and implement the HR plan for Poland to align with country operations and Group HR strategy. You will manage end-to-end HR systems, including engagement, recruitment, development, reward, data analysis, reporting, and payroll, ensuring compliance with Polish laws. Additionally, you will contribute to the global HR agenda and ensure its implementation in Poland.
Business Partnering
Act as a trusted advisor to the Country Managing Director
Partner with Site Directors to ensure effective and efficient HR processes that support operational performance and growth
Agree priorities and ensure delivery of the HR plan for Poland
HR Operations
Ensure delivery of efficient end-to-end HR operational processes
Provide, analyze, and report on key HR performance metrics
Oversee timely and accurate payroll and ensure regulatory compliance
Implement fair and consistent reward strategies that balance market competitiveness and budget constraints
Team Management
Support development of HR team members by setting SMART objectives and conducting regular reviews
Manage team workflows, resource allocation, and task prioritization
Culture and Engagement
Lead the ongoing development and implementation of Progress P.A.C.T activities across Poland
Role model company values and behaviors
Lead cultural integration of new site teams
Partner with Site Directors to maintain a healthy, inclusive, and high-performing work environment
Drive effective communication, engagement, performance improvement, reward, and development initiatives
Talent Acquisition and Development
Partner with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and Site Directors to attract, source, and onboard talent
Support employer branding efforts
Create and implement country-specific career pathways aligned with the Group Career Development Framework
Identify and accelerate career progression opportunities
5+ years of experience as an HR Manager with responsibility for end-to-end HR processes
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Team management experience
Strong understanding of Polish labour law and working practices
Understanding of payroll systems and activities
Experience using HR systems and producing, analyzing, and reporting key HR metrics
Experience supporting new site acquisition and cultural assimilation
Proficiency in both English and Polish
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong team player with the ability to partner with country and functional leadership teams
Flexibility to travel to sites across Poland and internationally as required
Strong attention to detail
