As a Campus Recruiter, you will be instrumental in acquiring technology graduates and interns, crucial for IMC's growth and competitive edge in the fast-paced trading industry. Your responsibilities include representing the IMC brand at universities, managing end-to-end recruitment for technology roles, organizing on-campus events, staying updated on recruitment trends, fostering relationships with universities and candidates, developing innovative recruitment strategies, and collaborating with global recruitment teams. The role demands a proactive approach to identify and attract exceptional students in the technology market, ensuring they align with IMC's vision and values. You'll own the entire candidate experience from initial engagement, through the assessment stage up to the offer stage. This will involve working with stakeholders, traveling during peak seasons, and quickly changing priorities.

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel and work overtime.
  • Must be energetic, motivated, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Details

We are seeking a Campus Recruiter to join our campus recruitment team and help drive IMC's technology graduate and intern talent acquisition strategy. In this role, you will play a critical part in attracting and engaging top-tier talent, supporting IMC's continued growth, and sustaining our competitive edge in the fast-paced trading industry. By partnering with university stakeholders, hiring managers, and internal teams, you will execute initiatives to identify, inspire, and recruit exceptional students in the technology market, ensuring alignment with IMC's vision and values.

Your Core Responsibilities: 

  • Represent the IMC brand externally to top university talent and convey our unique opportunities and company culture.
  • End-to-end recruitment for technology graduate and intern positions. You will take ownership of the entire candidate experience, from initial engagement through to assessment and offer stage, ensuring a swift process and outstanding candidate experience.
  • Be responsible for all technology on-campus and in-house activities and events for students including giving company presentations, attending career events, hosting in-house days and managing interview days. 
  • Stay “ahead of the curve” on emerging trends and the latest creative recruiting channels particularly among IMC’s competitors for talent in technology.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with top tier universities and targeted student societies.
  • Build effective relationships with candidates, university representatives and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies to reach new talent and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate across the globe and partner closely with the recruitment teams in Amsterdam and Chicago to learn and share ideas and best practice.

Your Skills and Experience: 

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced and dynamic industry (technology, financial services, start up, etc.)
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel and work overtime during peak season.
  • Curiosity and learning agility.
  • Must be energetic, motivated, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with organisations known for their forward-thinking talent practices and high bar for talent.
  • Effective communication and follow-through to meet the expectations of multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong self-motivation and multi-tasking skills. This role will require effectively setting (and resetting) priorities. Flexibility and resilience are key to being able to pivot as priorities change.
