Title- Business Development Intern
Experience- 6 months in Lead generation and Business Development
Project Duration- 3 months (Full-Time)
Location- Gurugram (Hybrid)


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our Sales and Marketing team. The intern will identify and generate leads through various channels, maintain accurate data, and support our lead-generation efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Research: Identify potential leads through online research, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Data Management: Collect, verify, and organize lead information using CRM software and spreadsheets.
  • Database Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of lead data, updating records as necessary.
  • Outreach Support: Assist in creating and sending email campaigns, follow-up messages, and other outreach activities.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
