Job Description

NiCE is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join its Sales Enablement department in Hoboken, NJ. This role involves driving high-impact Salesforce initiatives and projects, building strong relationships with BizOps & Sales, and ensuring timely and accurate project delivery. The successful candidate will be self-driven, eager to learn, and a key force in ongoing projects, providing timely support to Salesforce users and becoming a subject matter expert.

Must Have:
  • Lead projects related to Salesforce, including process improvements, change requests, and Go-To-Market initiatives.
  • Define and document project scope, requirements, timelines, and expectations with business units.
  • Manage and maintain the detailed project schedule throughout the project life cycle.
  • Identify project priority conflicts and report issues affecting overall project delivery.
  • Interface with business stakeholders, project submitters, and the development team to resolve functional system delivery issues.
  • Communicate and lead meetings to provide project status to stakeholders and executives.
  • Provide timely support to Salesforce users and become the SME for Salesforce process and procedures.
  • Support ad hoc projects and report requests as needed.
  • 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator or advanced Salesforce user.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing projects related to Salesforce.
  • Understand complex Salesforce environment.
  • Excellent customer service and people skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter, takes initiative, and can work without supervision.
  • Effectively communicate with interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce Admin certification or similar experience.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented, strong business acumen, deadline-focused.
  • Proactive mentality on process improvements and issue resolutions.

NiCE is looking to expand the Sales Enablement department in our regional headquarters. This position will drive Salesforce initiatives and projects that have a high impact on the company’s strategy.

A successful candidate will build a strong relationship with BizOps & Sales and manage their responsibilities with timeliness, accuracy, and diplomacy. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, can quickly master this role, and is excited to continue learning, take on new initiatives, and be a driving force in ongoing projects.

How will you make an impact?

  • Lead projects related to Salesforce, which include process improvements, change requests, and Go-To-Market initiatives.
  • Work with business units to define and document project scope, requirements, timelines, and expectations, and to report potential conflicts to management for evaluation.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain the detailed project schedule throughout the project life cycle, assuming complete ownership of all aspects of the project delivery.
  • Identify project priority conflicts and report any issues affecting overall project delivery.
  • Work as a key interface point for business stakeholders, project submitters, and the development team to identify, discuss, and resolve any issues related to functional system delivery.
  • Communicate and lead meetings to provide project status to stake holders and executives.
  • Provide timely support to Salesforce users and become the SME for Salesforce process and procedures.
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and report requests as needed.

Have you got what it takes?

  • 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator or advanced Salesforce user.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing projects related to Salesforce.
  • CPQ experience is a plus.
  • Understand complex Salesforce environment.
