Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at Pico, you will be responsible for client acquisition, management, and strategic sales. This includes reaching out to potential and existing customers to educate them on Pico’s monetization solutions, building strong partnerships, and providing tailored monetization strategies. You will also be expected to utilize a consultative sales approach to engage with senior executives and propose customized growth plans, develop actionable plans to ensure clients achieve their ROI goals, represent Pico at industry events, monitor market trends, collaborate with regional teams, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve client technical issues. The role involves a strong emphasis on developing and executing sales strategies and building relationships with key clients.

We have teams in Europe, Japan, and South Korea. Now we are looking for a leader for our sales team to help us continue our success. Responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition and Management: - Proactively reach out to and educate potential and existing customers about Pico’s monetization solutions. - Build strong partnerships, understand clients' needs, and provide tailored monetization strategies. 2. Industry Engagement and Market Development: - Represent Pico at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and influence. - Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge. 4. Team Collaboration and Support: - Collaborate with regional business development and sales teams to achieve area-wide business goals. - Coordinate with technical and operational teams to resolve client technical issues and provide ongoing support.
