Job Description

This is an exciting software engineer role reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager. You will engineer innovative applications and services using Generative AI (GenAI) and work with cutting-edge technologies to create new experiences and services. Key responsibilities include developing scalable GenAI systems, engineering efficient web applications and backend services with an emphasis on APIs, and collaborating with an international team.

Good To Have:

Experience using Generative AI software engineering solutions such as Cursor, GitHub CoPilot.
Knowledge of reinforcement learning, natural language processing, and other advanced AI techniques.
Experience with cloud-based AI services and IaaC such as Terraform and Ansible.
Experience working in large data-driven services.
Experience with Generative AI solutions such as Azure AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, and Hugging Face.

Must Have:

Engineer well-architected, efficient, scalable, stable, and secure web applications and backend services with an emphasis on APIs.
Develop scalable Generative AI systems.
Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of Python experience and GenAI concepts knowledge.
Experience with JS or similar technologies, Java, .NET, and hyperscalers (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS).
Proficiency with VCS tools like GIT, including branching/merging and building CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with security protocols such as oAuth, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, Okta, and securing applications using them.
Experience with development and deployment of applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with varied integration patterns (REST, SOAP, gRPC, Web Sockets, Batch, Webhooks).
Experience creating unit test cases, integration test cases, and performing code reviews.

Key Responsibilities

Engineer well-architected, efficient, scalable, stable, and secure web applications and backend services with an emphasis on APIs and backend services.
Develop scalable Generative AI systems that can be used across multiple projects and platforms.
Stay up-to-date with modern software engineering practices, procedures, and paradigms and apply this knowledge to software.
Collaborate with an international engineering and product team.

Experience

Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
1-3 Python experience, GenAI concepts knowledge.
JS or similar technologies, backend Java, .NET, hyperscalers (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS) and have Python experience.
