Job Summary
Job Description
LTIMindtree is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and maintain UI components, interpret Figma designs, and apply design system principles. The role involves reviewing and refining AI-generated code, collaborating with designers, and ensuring visual consistency across products. Candidates should have 3-5 years of UI/UX web design experience and strong skills in modern web technologies.
Must have:
- Work directly with Figma files to interpret designs tokens and variables
- Build and maintain UI components including layouts styles and interactions
- Understand and apply design system principles typography color spacing and design tokens
- Review and refine AI generated code to ensure consistency functionality and performance
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure design accuracy and maintain visual consistency across products
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of UI/UX web design experience
- Able to navigate and understand Figma files design tokens and component structure
- Solid knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript TypeScript and modern component based frameworks
- Familiar with the implementation of tokens variables and scalable UI standards
- Comfortable reviewing and editing autogenerated code to align with best practices
Good to have:
- AEM Component creation and integration
- AI understanding and consumption
