Job Description

This role involves leading the development and deployment of machine learning models and analytical solutions. The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will partner with stakeholders to identify data science opportunities, design experiments, and build predictive models, optimization algorithms, or forecasting systems. Key responsibilities include analyzing large, complex datasets to derive actionable insights, communicating technical findings to non-technical audiences, and mentoring junior data scientists. The role emphasizes ensuring best practices in code documentation and reproducibility.
Must have:
  • Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models and analytical solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data science to add value.
  • Design experiments and AB tests to evaluate product and feature performance.
  • Build predictive models, optimization algorithms, or forecasting systems as needed.
  • Analyze large complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
  • Communicate technical findings clearly to nontechnical audiences.
  • Mentor and support junior data scientists and analysts.
  • Ensure best practices in code documentation and reproducibility.
  • Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python or R and strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong knowledge of statistics, experimental design, and causal inference.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Plotly, Dash).
  • Ability to translate business questions into analytical problems.

Masters or PhD in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field.

Proficiency in Python or R and strong SQL skills.

Experience with ML frameworks eg scikitlearn XGBoost TensorFlow PyTorch.

Strong knowledge of statistics experimental design and causal inference.

Handson experience with data visualization tools eg Tableau Plotly Dash.

Ability to translate business questions into analytical problems.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
