Job Description
- Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models and analytical solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data science to add value.
- Design experiments and AB tests to evaluate product and feature performance.
- Build predictive models, optimization algorithms, or forecasting systems as needed.
- Analyze large complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Communicate technical findings clearly to nontechnical audiences.
- Mentor and support junior data scientists and analysts.
- Ensure best practices in code documentation and reproducibility.
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python or R and strong SQL skills.
- Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong knowledge of statistics, experimental design, and causal inference.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Plotly, Dash).
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical problems.
