Associate Principal - Cloud Engineering

This role is for an Associate Principal - Cloud Engineering, requiring 13 years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in Virtual Desktop solutions such as Azure Citrix and VMWare. The position involves leading technical design, solution architecture, and managing a VDI team, including 24x7 support. Key responsibilities include architecting, designing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex virtualization projects, optimizing performance, and managing stakeholder requirements.

Must Have

• 13 years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in Virtual Desktop solutions (Azure Citrix, VMWare).
• Experience working with a team size of over 5 VDI, including technical guidance, management, and governance.
• Willingness to provide 24x7 support and flexibility to work in shifts.
• Architect-level CITRIX, VMWare, and MS AVD Virtualization skills.
• Experience in designing, installing, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting complex and large projects.
• Architect-level skills in optimizing performance, scalability, security, high availability, monitoring, printing, connectivity, and group policy.
• Administrator-level skills in operating Intune Mobility and Virtualization CITRIX VMware.
• Ability to provide comprehensive end-to-end architecture for stakeholders' business and technical requirements.
• Experience in gathering business and technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsibility for the technical solution through all phases of the project.

• Proven experience in leading Virtual Desktop design and implementation efforts on complex projects.
• Strong experience in technically leading complex projects throughout the complete IT lifecycle (Analysis, Architecture, Design, Build, Test, Production).
• Experience working in a matrix organization.
• Experience in technically leading projects throughout the complete IT Development Lifecycle.
• Capability to organize and conduct requirement capture workshops.
• Ability to lead customer relationships.
• Disciplined approach to network and infrastructure design.
