About us:
ISS FWW is the leading German fund data provider and has been part of the ISS STOXX Group since 2019. With the data from the FWW fund database, FWW supports fund advisors and investors in making informed investment decisions.
We are growing our Data team and are seeking a Data Manager to join a collaborative team in our Munich Haar Office.
As a Data Manager you will be responsible for inputting data into the company’s proprietary user interface and ensuring effective data management.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring data integrity and quality through accurate and reliable input
- Online research of financial and market data
- Professional handling of customer inquiries (back office support)
- Leading smaller independent projects related to data processing and management
- Conducting regular quality checks to ensure data quality
- Supporting recurring tasks and processes, such as monthly reports and regular updates
Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm for working with data
- Interest in data management and data-driven decision making
- Good communication skills in German, both written and spoken (English skills are an additional advantage)
- Reliability and attention to detail in data maintenance
- Team spirit and willingness to collaborate with colleagues
- Experience in handling MS Office applications
- Independent, structured, and proactive working style
- Solution-oriented work and efficient processing of customer inquiries (back office support)
- Initial experience or interest in the finance sector is an advantage
