Organization Overview
Salesforce offers three types of Success Plans tailored to customer needs, providing resources, guidance, and technical support to help customers succeed. The Customer Success Operations team is responsible for the operations of these Success Plans and plays a vital role in enabling the service delivery team to promote customer success.
Job Summary
This Business Operations Specialist position, designated for persons with disabilities, primarily supports the smooth operation of the Customer Success organization by focusing on content localization, support for internal and external communication, and data collection and analysis. The required language skills are English, Japanese, and Korean, with Chinese language skills being a plus.
The detailed breakdown of the role is as follows:
Key Responsibilities
- Content Localization:
- Localize customer success-related materials, delivery content, and websites to be easy for customers to understand and culturally appropriate.
- Conduct regular reviews and improvements to maintain the quality of localized content.
- Multilingual Communication Support:
- Support multilingual communication in internal and external meetings, presentations, and documents.
- Support effective communication between the Customer Success team and customers.
- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collect, organize, and analyze various data related to customer success.
- Support the creation of reports and dashboards.
- Customer Success Operations Support:
- In addition to the above tasks, provide broad support for the daily operational tasks of the Customer Success team.
- Flexibly respond to team needs, including operating related tools and systems, document creation, and material organization.
Required Skills
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese, English, and Korean (reading, writing, conversation, translation, interpretation skills).
- Basic skills in business applications such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work cooperatively as a team member.
- Motivation to learn autonomously and acquire new tools and skills.

- Practical experience in the IT industry.
