WOONGJIN, Inc. is seeking a Business System Analyst to consult subdivision leaders on business action plans, collaborate with IT Managers for new service initiatives, and report KPIs, SLAs, and OKRs. The role involves preparing SOWs, managing high-profile projects, and developing organizational documentation. This position requires providing insights on portfolio adjustments and handling complex issues, supporting business optimization with financial reporting.
Must have:
  • Consult subdivision leaders for business action plans.
  • Collaborate with IT Managers for business-case justifications.
  • Report and publish KPIs, SLAs, and OKRs.
  • Prepare and review internal/external SOWs.
  • Manage and facilitate high profile projects.
  • Prepare executive summaries and weekly performance reports.
  • Develop and maintain organizational documentation.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on portfolio adjustments.
  • Handle complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related.
  • 5+ years business analysis experience with financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written/verbal business communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Korean).

Job Description

  • Consult subdivision leaders to implement business action plans: resource planning, program planning, and budgeting of operational support for business demands.
  • Collaborate with IT Managers/Service Owners to prepare business-case justifications and cost-benefit analyses for new service management initiatives and purchases.
  • Report and publish KPIs, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) at regular intervals.
  • Prepare and review internal/external statements of work (SOWs) for the procurement of goods and services.
  • Manage and facilitate high profile projects to ensure a timely and smooth completion.
  • Prepare executive summaries and weekly performance reports to support decision-making for Executive Management.
  • Develop and maintain organizational documentation such as White Paper, process flows, SOPs, memos, financial reporting, etc.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on portfolio adjustments/enhancements based on changing business needs, emerging technologies, and industry trends to identify of expansion or efficiency opportunities.
  • Handle complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience in the field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a business analysis or related roles supporting business optimization initiatives with financial reporting responsibility.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; other experience in business system tools is a plus.
  • Strong written/verbal business communication skills with experience presenting to executives.
  • Experience working at an IT environment is a plus.
  • Bilingual(English/ Korean)
