Job Description
The CAD Tools Engineer - Schematic Design role supports hardware engineering staff in their component, system, and schematic design workflows. Responsibilities include identifying, triaging, and debugging issues related to schematic and system workflows, developing and delivering training on best practices for schematic design, verification, and system workflows, and identifying and generating workflow requirements. The engineer will collaborate with customers to gather requirements and work with the development team to deliver enhancements and solutions, leveraging AI/ML techniques to improve daily work and solve engineering challenges.

Primary responsibilities: • Support hardware engineering staff through its component, System/Schematic design and simulation workflows • Identify, triage and debug Schematic and System workflow related issues • Develop and deliver training on best practices with regards to Schematic design, verification and System workflows • Identify and generate workflow requirements and best practices • Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and development team to deliver enhancements and solutions • Leverage AI/ML techniques to facilitate everyday work and solve engineering challenges
