Job Description

You are a leading subject matter expert in one or more of our digital marketing technology platforms critical to campaign execution. You will be responsible for working closely with platform users across our Businesses and Regions and Campaign activation teams to train and provide support and enablement to help users achieve the maximum benefit and business impact in their campaign activities. Platforms critical to the scope of this role include GMP (Google Marketing Platform), Google Analytics 4, Social Media Management Platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite), and Media Planning Tools. As a leading expert on the team, you will also proactively provide recommendations for platform enhancements to deliver increased value and efficiency in campaign operations. You will provide training and support through live interactions, recorded media, as well as written documentation. You will also work across various functions to understand the connected digital technology landscape with the goal of delivering increased value for internal stakeholders and customers in their campaign endeavors. In addition to end users, you will also partner closely with the various digital capability teams in the Digital Center of Excellence and Insight & Analytics teams to create an integrated and unified approach to platform enablement and excellence for campaign execution.

Your role (specific responsibilities):

  • Lead enablement and training of our digital campaign execution tools, platforms, and processes to our global internal user base across all Philips Health Systems businesses and regions

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert in campaign platforms from a process and tooling perspective

  • Partner closely with the E2E Campaign Capability Manager to influence our campaign platform enablement roadmap and support execution of this roadmap

  • Proactively educate the organization about the importance of proper digital campaign platform standards and best practices and the benefits/efficiencies it brings when fully utilized for campaign activities

  • Build and foster an internal user community of subject matter experts (SMEs) in digital campaign platforms across businesses and regions, and drive operational excellence through best practice sharing and capability building within the community

  • Ensure all digital platform guidance and processes - existing and new - are adequately documented, and users are appropriately trained with access to key resources such as playbooks and guides, that enable successful campaign execution. This includes onboarding support for new users.

  • Analyze campaign platforms frequently for proper usage habits and measure effectiveness via KPI tracking relevant to campaign activities. Develop mitigation plans to address usage gaps when they arise.
     

You're the right fit if:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, IT, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital campaign platform management or a related AdTech role. Experience working in healthcare or other a highly regulated industry preferred

  • Experience working with digital technology and platforms in the areas of GMP (Google Marketing Platform), Google Analytics, Social Media Management Platforms, and Media Planning Tools.

  • Experience developing and facilitating hands-on digital trainings on campaign platforms that are engaging and effective.

  • Experience utilizing AI tools within campaign platforms a plus.

  • Substantial training and facilitation skills, including developing training plans and documentation, running interactive workshops, and knowledge sharing expertise.

  • Ability to analyze operational/internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement, particularly in the digital campaign domain.

  • Deep knowledge of digital campaign platforms, including best practices and a strong understanding of the interdependencies between media planning, ad operations, analytics, and social media management for effective campaigns.

  • Ability to effectively document business needs and turn them into technical requirements that are detailed and clear for campaign platform functionalities.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts related to campaign platforms to a non-technical audience.

  • Ability to challenge conventional thinking and generate innovative solutions for leveraging campaign platforms, and Agile approach to problem solving related to campaign platform challenges.

  • Comfortable working across teams and moving initiatives forward within a complex organizational structure. Highly organized and disciplined.
