Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage calculation, analysis, reduction and collection of due and overdue receivables (internal and external)
- Create of weekly reports to follow up on overdue
- Build and update of action plan for tracking & erasing overdue
- Daily monitor of all due and overdue receivables
- Contact customers on a daily basis to understand reason for overdue (late payments, disputes, price differences etc.) and collect payment confirmation
- Prepare and lead internal meetings / telephone conferences to discuss progress on overdue elimination early detection and management of potential overdue risks
- Close interaction with involved internal departments such as sales, SAS, accounts receivables
- Prepare, calculate and monitor of key performance indicators related to overdue receivables / cash collection
- Collect all billing documents from site and submit billing document to the customers as per their schedule
- Issue the receipt for domestic customers
- Prepare Letter of Credit and present to the bank
- Coordinate with AR team in India to support cash receipt booking
- Comply with internal procedures and internal control systems
- Contribute to Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting code of Ethics and Valeo’s policies
- Adhoc as request by supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of Accounting principles and practices.
- Prior work background using SAP
- Proficiency in Google Suits, particularly Google Sheet
- Good English communication skills
