The Site Talent Development & ER Manager at Valeo is responsible for driving HR impact on operational performance, defining targets, and implementing improvement plans. This role involves partnering with management to deploy HR tools, processes, and policies, and coaching on HR-related topics. Key responsibilities include co-leading Health, Safety & Working conditions, managing the HR department, and developing HR team members. The manager defines and deploys the entity's HR strategy, leads employee relations, ensures compliance with HR policies and regulations, and acts as the company's external HR representative, fostering relationships with stakeholders and managing campus initiatives.
