Job Description

This role offers an exclusive opportunity to work on payments related initiatives with leading banks, financial and national institutions and Merchants. The Category Analyst will be responsible for handling day-to-day business operations, identifying areas for technological intervention, managing business reporting, and ensuring strong execution with a customer-first attitude. The role also involves monitoring product metrics, analyzing data for enhancements, and coordinating with Customer Support for escalations and internal queries.
Must have:
  • Work closely with external stakeholders including partner banks and Merchants.
  • Responsible for handling day to day business operations with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Identifying areas of operations that require technological intervention and co-ordinating with stakeholders for implementation of technical solutions.
  • Responsible for management of business reporting and any ad hoc reporting required from time to time.
  • Strongly focussed on execution.
  • Customer-first attitude; always on toes to lessen pain points of customers.
  • Monitoring product metrics and regularly analyzing data to bring about enhancements in products as well as improvement in processes.
  • Coordinating with Customer Support teams and handling escalations on a day to day basis to provide prompt resolution to the customers.
  • Addressing internal queries, data requirements and escalations.

  • Driving personality with an attitude of constantly pushing towards clarity and outcome while balancing the need for a great collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • B.Tech/MBA preferred

  • Be a champ and work closely with external stakeholders including partner banks and Merchants
  • Responsible for handling day to day business operations with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Identifying areas of operations that require technological intervention and co-ordinating with stakeholders for implementation of technical solutions.
  • Responsible for management of business reporting and any ad hoc reporting required from time to time. Proficient knowledge of Excel is a must.
  • Strongly focussed on execution.
  • Customer-first attitude; always on toes to lessen pain points of customers.
  • Monitoring product metrics and regularly analyzing data to bring about enhancements in products as well as improvement in processes
  • Coordinating with Customer Support teams and handling escalations on a day to day basis to provide prompt resolution to the customers.
  • Addressing internal queries, data requirements and escalations

Requirements:

  • Work experience between 1-3 years
  • Driving personality with an attitude of constantly pushing towards clarity and outcome while balancing the need for a great collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Qualifications - B.Tech/MBA preferred
