This full-time role focuses on improving user experience for digital platforms and rebranding the CCET project. Responsibilities include reducing website complaints, enhancing analytics, gathering positive user feedback, and increasing cross-departmental collaboration to drive operational improvements and demonstrate CCET's value to NMAC.
Must have:
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate degree program
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology
  • Experience with UX research methods
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Experience with content creation
  • GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Ability to perform work onsite at Dallas, TX
Good to have:
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end development

We are currently looking for a Centralized Customer Experience Team Intern to join our team.

The intern will Improve User Experience of Digital Platforms (i.e. Portal) and work on “Re-brand” of Centralized Customer Experience Team (CCET) project.

A Day in the Life:

  • Reduction in complaints related to website access and usage.
  • Improved website analytics (e.g., lower bounce rates, higher completion rates).
  • Positive user feedback.
  • Increase in cross-department collaboration with CCET
  • Increased likelihood for operations teams to take action on “Recommendations for Improvement” from CCET
  • Gain understanding of how CCET adds value to NMAC

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Business or Marketing or Information Technology –
  • Human-Computer Interaction
  • UX/UI Design
  • Data Analytics
  • Digital Media Design
  • Experience with UX research methods (e.g., surveys, usability testing)
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar)
  • Experience with content creation (e.g., guides, videos, infographics)
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or front-end development (optional but a plus)
  • GPA of 3.0 or above (Candidates will be required to provide an official or unofficial transcript during the application process for verification.)
  • Ability to perform work onsite.
