Job Description

Assystem is dedicated to accelerating the energy transition globally by developing low-carbon electricity production and distribution, including nuclear and renewable energies, and modernizing electrical grids. This role involves joining a team specializing in supporting transformation projects within demanding industrial environments, particularly in the nuclear sector. The consultant will diagnose project impacts, implement change management strategies, facilitate workshops, develop communication materials, and monitor performance indicators, contributing to operational excellence and digitalization initiatives.

  • A change management certification (e.g., Prosci).
  • A good level of English.
Must Have:
  • Diagnose project impacts on teams and processes.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies adapted to the industrial context, especially in the nuclear sector.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to support stakeholders.
  • Develop support materials (user guides, communication plans, etc.) to foster team adoption.
  • Utilize collaborative and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint) to track actions.
  • Monitor performance and adoption indicators for changes.
  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, management, or equivalent.
  • 5 to 10 years of confirmed experience in change management, ideally in industry, with knowledge of regulated environments like nuclear.
  • Proficiency in collaborative tools and/or EDM systems.
  • Ability to work on technical sites and in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills in French.
  • Solid understanding of industrial and regulatory constraints.
  • Autonomy and rigor in mission execution.
  • Strong adaptability and ease in technical environments.

Job Description

Your future team:

You will join a team specialized in supporting transformation projects within demanding industrial environments. Under the responsibility of Carole, activity manager, you will contribute to a strategic project in an innovative and technical framework, in connection with operational excellence and digitalization challenges.

Your missions:

  • Diagnose project impacts on teams and processes.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies adapted to the industrial context, particularly in the nuclear sector.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to support stakeholders.
  • Develop support materials (user guides, communication plans, etc.) to foster team adoption.
  • Utilize collaborative and project management tools to track actions (for example, MS Project, SharePoint, or client-specific tools).
  • Monitor performance and adoption indicators for changes.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) (engineering school, management master's or equivalent).
  • Confirmed experience (5 to 10 years) in change management, ideally in industry, with knowledge of regulated environments such as nuclear.
  • Proficiency in collaborative tools and/or EDM systems (Electronic Document Management).
  • Ability to work on technical sites and in a multicultural environment.
  • A change management certification (e.g., Prosci) would be an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills in French; a good level of English is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of industrial and regulatory constraints.
  • Autonomy and rigor in mission execution.
