Your future team: Reporting to Dominique's teams and as part of the development of our engineering activities in nuclear, you will work as a Contract Manager M/F.

Your missions:

On a daily basis, your missions are as follows:

🔹Analysis and claims management

• Analysis of potential claims and contract history.
• Identification of causes of delivery delays attributable to the holder or the supplier.
• Processing and monitoring of claims.
• Updating and monitoring claims to anticipate and resolve potential delays.
• In-depth analysis of claims to evaluate their impact and propose solutions.

🔹Claims prevention and contractual optimization

• Implementation of preventive actions upstream to limit claims.
• Monitoring and updating claims based on project evolution.
• Development of strategies for resolving contractual disputes.

🔹Management of contractual markets

• Management and monitoring of contracts in the markets for works, studies, procurement, assembly, and contract management.
• Monitoring of project management and works contracts, from design to testing.
• Positioning and coordination between client and project management.

🔹Drafting and securing contracts

• Drafting and formalization of contracts related to different markets.
• Legal monitoring and adaptation of contractual clauses to secure commitments.

Qualifications

--------------

• Graduated with a Bac+5 legal degree, or from an engineering or business school, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in engineering contract management.
• You master classic contractual mechanisms (Public Markets, Private Markets).
• You are analytical, agile, rigorous, proactive, client-oriented, and passionate about the project world.
• Your curiosity combined with your listening skills and dynamism will be additional assets for full success in your new role.
• You are totally fluent in English.
