Job Description

As a Quality Claim Advisor within our Quality team, you play a key role in monitoring and strengthening product quality. You investigate the cause of defects or breakages in returned parts, test, measure, and analyze them to determine if the customer receives a credit note. You collaborate with Sales and Product Quality Owners to improve quality across the organization.
Must have:
  • Technically investigate the cause of a defect or breakage.
  • Examine if the part was used correctly and where the problem originated (e.g., transport, assembly, wear).
  • Analyze damage patterns and assess if a part can be easily repaired.
  • Report quality incidents via our systems so that all involved departments have the correct information.
  • Collaborate with the Product Quality Owner and purchasing to propose and implement improvement actions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Eager to learn, practical, and a real passion for tinkering.
  • Not afraid to report and substantiate decisions.
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English.
  • Enjoys working with colleagues from different departments.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and/or electrical components.

Your impact as Quality Claim Advisor

Within our Quality team, you play a key role in monitoring and strengthening product quality. Together, you ensure that our customers can count on top-level parts and models. Your expertise and findings make the difference: you not only investigate what goes wrong but also actively share your insights to improve quality throughout the organization.

As a Quality Claim Advisor, you become the detective of our parts: whenever a customer returns a part, you search for the cause of the problem. You test, measure, and analyze the part and decide whether the customer receives a credit note. You work closely with your colleagues from Sales and the Product Quality Owners.

Who are you?

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • You are eager to learn, practical, and have a real passion for tinkering.
  • Reporting and substantiating your decisions do not deter you.
  • You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English.
  • Extra asset: knowledge of hydraulics and/or electrical components.
  • You are communicative and enjoy working with colleagues from different departments.
