Job Description

Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients in LATAM, focusing on partnership growth and client satisfaction. Develop strategic recommendations aligned with client marketing objectives and Pinterest’s value proposition. Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to maximize results. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing Science, and Creative teams to deliver holistic solutions to clients. Educate clients on Pinterest’s ad capabilities, best practices, and new opportunities aligned with their business goals. Lead regular business reviews and performance presentations. Identify upsell opportunities and guide clients through new product adoption. Manage day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring timely campaign execution.
Must have:
  • Account strategy or digital media experience
  • Strong client relationship building
  • Digital advertising ecosystem understanding in LATAM
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with Pinterest or social media platforms

What you’ll do

  • Develop strategic recommendations in line with client marketing objectives and Pinterest’s value proposition.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to maximize results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing Science, and Creative teams to deliver holistic solutions to clients.
  • Educate clients on Pinterest’s ad capabilities, best practices, and new opportunities aligned with their business goals.
  • Lead regular business reviews and performance presentations with stakeholders at varying levels.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and guide clients through the adoption of new products or features.
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring the timely and accurate execution of campaigns.

What we’re looking for

  • Account strategy, or digital media experience, or analytic skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and deliver business growth.
  • Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem in LATAM, with hands-on knowledge of performance metrics.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive decision-making and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with Pinterest and/or other social media platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration at least 2-5 times per week. Therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Mexico City office.
