Sound As You Are. ### What you will do with us As a Client Manager, you will take on an independent role in coordinating our projects and ensure smooth communication between our clients and internal teams (Creative, Production, Research & Insights, Tech, Business Development). You will contribute your experience in project management and contribute to strategic decisions while developing your skills and leadership potential. Your main tasks include: * Project Coordination & Client Interaction: You are the central interface and coordinate client projects. You interact directly with our clients to understand their needs, provide clear and actionable recommendations, manage expectations, and build trust to sustainably strengthen the client relationship. * Workshops & Presentations: You support workshops and presentations. You contribute to strategic discussions and offer innovative solutions. * Comprehensive Project Management: You take responsibility for managing your first own projects, including setting and tracking timelines, monitoring budgets, and managing resources to ensure timely delivery. * Strategic Planning & Problem Solving: You contribute to the development of project strategies and provide input for improvements, process optimizations, and alignment with business goals. * Reporting & Updates: You create detailed reports, regular updates, and lead project status meetings to keep clients informed and achieve their goals. * Growth: You support our Growth team by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing clients. You may contribute to business development activities. ### What you should bring You are a dedicated personality with a passion for music and brands, who inspires our clients and leads projects to success, and the following points largely apply to you: * Completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration) or comparable education * At least 3 years of experience in Account / Client Management in an international work environment * Project Management Expertise: Practical experience in managing complex projects (timelines, budgets, resources) * Solution Orientation & Critical Thinking: You ensure highest client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and a keen eye for process optimization, compelling storytelling, and flawless presentations. * Adaptability & Initiative: High adaptability to fast-paced environments, proactivity, and a hands-on mentality. * Digital Native: Proficient in handling digital tools and trends, especially AI. * Team Player: Fostering an open, dynamic, and supportive team environment. * Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills as well as fluent German and English skills are essential for effective collaboration.
