SS&C, a leading financial services and healthcare technology company, is seeking a Client Relations Specialist for its Media Team in Braintree, MA. This hybrid role involves overseeing digital and print media processes, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring high-level operational support. The specialist will manage client needs, coordinate service incident resolutions, and escalate technical issues, collaborating with sales and support to enhance service value. This position requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience, depending on educational background, focusing on client satisfaction and operational excellence within a dynamic technology environment.
Must have:
  • Oversee managed processes and special projects related to all digital and print media.
  • Develop and maintain exceptional client relationships.
  • Provide and oversee support and service activities for designated clients.
  • Ensure quality service and operational performance.
  • Develop understanding of client business and product installations.
  • Act as a primary point of client contact for service incidents and technical issues.
  • Collaborate with sales and support groups.
  • Minimally requires a Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience, or high school degree and 4 years of related experience.

  • Develops and maintains exceptional client relationships. Provides and oversees support and service activities for a designated client or group of clients, ensuring their operational needs and issues, both tactical and strategic, are managed to the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Ensures quality service and operational performance within the parameters of program and delivery standards.
  • Develops understanding of client business and product installations to identify service needs, plan service delivery and drive use of proactive service and support mechanisms to reduce client downtime and support costs.
  • Acts as a primary point of client contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues.
  • Collaborates with sales and support groups to demonstrate value of support offering to client and identify opportunities for expanded support business.
