Cloud Infrastructure Software Developer

The Apple Service Engineering (ASE) team builds and provides systems and infrastructure that power Apple’s services like iCloud, iTunes, Siri, and Maps. The role involves designing, engineering, and running systems for millions of customers globally. The job requires building and enhancing internal cloud infrastructure offerings, integrating the latest cloud hardware technologies with Apple’s own hardware and software. The engineer will collaborate with teams across Apple to deliver forward-looking high-performance virtualized infrastructure, supporting cutting edge LLMs and maximum-security confidential computing environments. The engineer will partner with internal application teams to understand their requirements, co-design operating system features, and incorporate emerging technologies.
