Job Description
The Cluster Head - Area Supervisor is responsible for monitoring operational challenges at the station and improving station processes to enhance effectiveness and productivity. This role involves ensuring the achievement of Station KPIs and SLA monitoring, conducting improvements and evaluations for all station employees, and being accountable for deliveries and daily reporting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum Diploma (D3) education and at least 1 year of experience in Logistics Operations. Key attributes include being firm, disciplined, responsible, and capable of teamwork. Proficiency in data processing and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

- Meningkatkan proses station agar lebih efektif dan produktif
- Memastikan Pencapaian KPI Station & SLA monitoring
- Melakukan improvement dan evaluasi terhadap seluruh karyawan station
- Bertanggung jawab atas pengiriman serta daily report
