Combat System Planner - [Next Crossfire]

Smilegate Entertainment is seeking a skilled Combat System Planner for its [Next Crossfire] project. This role involves designing and balancing core gameplay mechanics, including weapon systems and player movement. Responsibilities include foundational planning for shooting and impact effects, and meticulous balancing of weapons and movement to ensure fair and engaging gameplay. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of FPS games, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to design balanced systems. Experience with Unreal Engine 3 is highly preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position at the Smilegate campus in Seongnam, South Korea.
