Qualifications
- Experience in managing live projects in a large-scale development environment.
- Experience in building and implementing collaboration tools (Jira / Confluence, Slack, etc.).
Required Competencies
- Ability to set clear goals and drive phased execution to achieve results.
- Communication skills and strong sense of responsibility to coordinate various stakeholders and effectively lead collaboration.
- Ability to analyze and organize issues logically and data-driven, and to document/visualize and report them.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in FPS live development.
- Experience as an organizational leader or manager.
