[CROSSFIRE] Development PM (Senior Level)

This is a Senior Development PM role for the [CROSSFIRE] project. The main responsibilities include optimizing operating systems with collaboration tools, managing development milestones, monitoring progress using Jira, and handling risks and issues. The role also involves improving inter-departmental collaboration within large development organizations. Candidates should have experience in managing live projects in large-scale environments and expertise in collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack. Strong communication, leadership, and data-driven analytical skills are essential.

Must Have

• Optimize operating systems using collaboration tools.
• Manage development milestones and monitor progress with Jira.
• Handle development risks and coordinate issues.
• Improve inter-departmental collaboration processes.
• Possess experience in managing live projects in large-scale development.
• Have experience in building and implementing collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack).

Good to Have

• Experience in FPS live development.
• Experience as an organizational leader or manager.

• Advance and optimize operating systems using collaboration tools.
• Manage development milestones and monitor progress based on Jira.
• Respond to risks and coordinate issues arising during the development process.
• Operate and improve inter-departmental collaboration processes within large-scale development organizations.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing live projects in a large-scale development environment.
• Experience in building and implementing collaboration tools (Jira / Confluence, Slack, etc.).

Required Competencies

• Ability to set clear goals and drive phased execution to achieve results.
• Communication skills and strong sense of responsibility to coordinate various stakeholders and effectively lead collaboration.
• Ability to analyze and organize issues logically and data-driven, and to document/visualize and report them.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FPS live development.
• Experience as an organizational leader or manager.
