Job Summary
This Sr. Manager - Project Delivery role at Visa Direct in CEMEA focuses on accelerating client onboarding and driving Net Revenue realization. It's a techno-functional hybrid position requiring top-tier project management expertise to track tasks, manage regional projects, and ensure timely delivery across various Visa Direct money movement capabilities. The role involves coordinating communication, developing tracking systems, managing senior management updates, identifying integration requirements, and leading turnkey projects for new solutions, with a focus on continuous monitoring for NR optimization.
Must Have
- Own and coordinate communication across sales, business development, operations, and business units to accelerate client onboarding and drive timely Net Revenue (NR) realization.
- Develop and maintain tracking systems and dashboards to provide visibility into project status and key metrics.
- Maintain regular senior management status updates, escalate issues and provide realistic update of all stage status.
- Identify and document key requirements for integrating new partners.
- Lead turnkey projects for new Visa Direct solutions across CEMEA, managing risks, dependencies, and steering committee meetings.
- Continuous monitoring and evaluation of implemented solutions to ensure NR optimization.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in financial services, fintech, or payment solutions industries.
- Experience across multiple systems and project types within the financial services and payments industry, ideally in cross border payments, with a good understanding of payment message standards and rules, payment schemes incl. mobile wallets, payment processing technologies and regulations.
- Proven experience working in scaled project management roles and in an agile methodology environment, running Steerco meetings and proactive risk and issue management.
- Proven experience managing a client onboarding pipeline of 300+ projects annually.
- Proven experience in navigating with multiple stakeholders and escalate risks, issues at appropriate timelines.
- Expertise in executing Go-To-Market strategies for newly launched business lines.
- Product management experience, including strong analytical skills.
- Proven track record of running client engagement projects in optimal timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage diverse expertise and drive effective changes to accelerate revenue.
- Good technical understanding of web applications and APIs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.

The role holder will lead entire sales and client pipeline focusing on quicker turn-around of client onboarding and working together with multiple functions across the organization. This is a Techo-functional role requiring top-tier project management expertise.
We are seeking a highly organized project manager with strong technical background to support CEMEA Visa Direct in tracking ongoing tasks, key regional projects and deliverables. The successful candidate will maintain the delivery of all CEMEA Visa Direct client projects, coordinate and ensure all teams’ delivery stay on track to realize NR on time across all Visa direct money movement capabilities such as Card, Account, Wallet, Visa+, Request 2 pay and other cross border money movement solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities include

- Maintain regular senior management status updates, escalate issues and provide realistic update of all stage status from sales, solution to implementation.
- Identify and document key requirements for integrating new partners, enabling operations team to manage the product effectively, while ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Lead turnkey projects for new Visa Direct solutions across CEMEA, managing risks, dependencies, and steering committee meetings to ensure successful delivery.
- Continuous monitoring and evaluation of implemented solutions to ensure NR optimization.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in financial services, fintech, or payment solutions industries
- Experience across multiple systems and project types within the financial services and payments industry, ideally in cross border payments, with a good understanding of payment message standards and rules, payment schemes incl. mobile wallets, payment processing technologies and regulations
- Proven experience working in scaled project management roles and in an agile methodology environment, running Steerco meetings and proactive risk and issue management, an ability to capture and manage multiple dependencies in order to pilot new product solutions in CEMEA
- Proven experience managing a client onboarding pipeline of 300+ projects annually.
- Proven experience in navigating with multiple stakeholders and escalate risks, issues at appropriate timelines.
- Expertise in executing Go-To-Market strategies for newly launched business lines
- Product management experience, including strong analytical skills identify gaps in the current product offering and lead the effort to develop solutions that drive business value.
- Proven track record of running client engagement projects in optimal timelines.
