We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team to lead Professional Services projects. You will be the key person responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex cloud solution projects for our clients. You will be instrumental in helping us establish and refine quality processes, shaping the environment to facilitate high-performing delivery. This role involves end-to-end project management, SOW management, stakeholder communication, team coordination, and risk management for IT professional services projects, primarily focused on Google Cloud.

Must Have

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT professional services projects.
• Craft, review, and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Serve as primary client contact, manage expectations, build relationships.
• Manage internal technical teams, ensuring clarity on deliverables.
• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Track project financials, progress, and health.
• 3-5+ years experience as Project/Product Manager in professional services, IT consulting, or MSP.
• Proven experience creating, scoping, and managing SOWs.
• Experience with public cloud projects (Google Cloud).
• Comfortable managing technical projects and speaking engineers' language.
• Flawless stakeholder management skills.

What will you do? 🔧

• End-to-End Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT professional services projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• SOW Management: Take the lead in crafting, reviewing, and negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with the sales and delivery teams.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and building strong, trusted relationships.
• Team Coordination: Effectively manage internal technical teams (engineers, architects), ensuring clarity on deliverables, priorities, and timelines.

• Professional Services Background: 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager within a professional services, IT consulting, or managed services (MSP) environment. This is essential.
• SOW Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience creating, scoping, and managing Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Cloud Knowledge: Experience with public cloud projects (especially Google Cloud, but AWS or Azure is also valuable).
• Technical Acumen: You are comfortable managing technical projects and can "speak the language" of engineers.
• Exceptional Communicator: Flawless stakeholder management skills. You can confidently communicate with everyone from a C-level executive to a cloud engineer.
• Attitude: You are a proactive, organized, and natural problem-solver. You take ownership and thrive in an environment where you can make a real impact.
