We are looking for a Commercial Assistant in Controlling (m/f/d) for our team.

Responsibilities

Your tasks:

• Commercial support for operational projects - from project start to project completion
• Creation of orders for external and internal suppliers (e.g., freelancers)
• Support in capacity management
• Ensuring compliance with group guidelines – from customer approval to billing
• Ensuring adherence to deadlines - billing cut-off for intercompany settlements
• Assuming the interface function between consulting, controlling, accounting, and billing
• New customer and supplier setup in the course of project business
• Support in dunning
• Development into an Altair (SAP) Power User to support agency employees with system questions

Qualifications

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Affinity for numbers
• SAP and Power BI knowledge is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Good English skills, written and spoken
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
• Communication and assertiveness
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as commitment and flexibility
