The Disneyland Hotel seeks passionate Commis de Cuisine for its two restaurants, Le Royal Banquet and La Table de Lumière. Under the chef's direction, responsibilities include preparing dishes according to technical sheets, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and HACCP standards, and working with high-quality ingredients. Ideal candidates possess culinary training (CAP Cuisine or equivalent) and experience in a gastronomic or traditional restaurant setting. The role demands organization, rigor, teamwork, and a passion for gastronomy.
