Infernozilla is seeking a bilingual Community/Social Media Manager (Spanish/English) for a 3-month contract, with potential for extension. This fully remote, full-time role involves growing, managing, and engaging gaming communities. Responsibilities include moderating channels, localizing short-form videos for the Spanish market, providing player support, sharing announcements, and collaborating on content initiatives. The ideal candidate is fluent in both languages, understands gaming communities, and has experience in social media roles.
Must have:
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our game and its content.
  • Interact with and moderate internal communities (Discord, forums, and social media channels).
  • Edit and localize short-form videos (3 per week per language) for the Spanish market.
  • Provide timely and professional support to players, influencers, and partners through community channels and direct messaging.
  • Share news, announcements, and videos across relevant social channels.
  • Collaborate with your Team Lead and Graphic Designer to deliver effective content and campaigns.
  • Engage with local gaming communities in your language market through local gaming channels.
  • Grow the community through different marketing, communications, and content initiatives.
  • Provide daily feedback reports on community activity (internal & external).
  • Fluent in Spanish (Native) and English (both written and spoken).
  • Deep understanding of the local gaming community and social platforms.
  • Strong writing and engagement style in both languages.
  • Comfortable managing multiple community platforms and reporting on trends.
  • Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple platforms.
  • Experience in community and social media roles.
  • Gamer!
Good to have:
  • Ability and willingness to do voiceovers.
  • Willingness to show yourself on camera for short-form content creation.

We are looking for a bilingual Community/Social Media Manager (Spanish/English) to join our team and help grow, manage, and engage our gaming communities.

This role is a 3-month contract with the possibility to extend further, and the candidate must be able to start immediately.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our game and its content.
  • Interact with and moderate internal communities (Discord, forums, and social media channels).
  • Edit and localize short-form videos (3 per week per language) for the Spanish market.
  • Provide timely and professional support to players, influencers, and partners through community channels and direct messaging.
  • Light video editing to add subtitles, voice-over, or localized language elements using the provided source content.
  • Share news, announcements, and videos across relevant social channels.
  • Collaborate with your Team Lead and Graphic Designer to deliver effective content and campaigns.
  • Engage with local gaming communities in your language market through local gaming channels.
  • Grow the community through different marketing, communications, and content initiatives.
  • Provide daily feedback reports on community activity (internal & external).
  • Major Plus: Ability and willingness to do voiceovers, show yourself on camera for short-form content creation.

This role is fully remote, and the right candidate is expected to work full-time while managing their schedule of 35-40 hours per week.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish (Native) and English (both written and spoken).
  • Deep understanding of the local gaming community and social platforms.
  • Strong writing and engagement style in both languages.
  • No prior video editing experience required, AI tools and training support will be provided.
  • Comfortable managing multiple community platforms and reporting on trends.
  • Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple platforms.
  • Experience in community and social media roles.
