Job Description

As a Consultant in the CCH Tagetik Consulting/Professional Services team, you will advance your career by engaging deeply in project work across areas like Budget, Planning, Statutory Consolidation, and ESG. Your role involves translating customer requirements into tailored system configurations, supporting software implementation and testing, and documenting project details. You will also build trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic partner to ensure successful outcomes by understanding their business goals and advocating for their needs.
Must have:
  • Translate customer requirements into system configurations.
  • Support software configuration, setup, and implementation.
  • Assist with product and solutions testing phases.
  • Document project details, client interactions, system changes.
  • Provide clients with progress and deliverables reports.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients as a strategic partner.
  • Understand client business goals and challenges.
  • Advocate for client needs within internal teams.

About the role:

Take the next step in your consulting career as a Consultant and join CCH Tagetik Consulting/Professional Services team! Building upon your foundational skills, you'll engage more deeply in project work, contributing to diverse consulting assignments in one or more of the following areas – Budget, Planning, Statutory Consolidation, ESG. Your role will be instrumental in driving key project activities and assisting senior consultants in delivering impactful solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Understand and translate customer requirements into tailored system configurations and solutions that meet business needs.
  • Support the configuration, setup, and implementation of software features and functions, translating business needs into effective system solutions. Support product and solutions testing phases.
  • Document all relevant project details, including client interactions and system changes, while regularly providing clients with clear and comprehensive reports on progress and deliverables.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as a strategic partner throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain a deep understanding of their business goals and challenges, and advocate for their needs within internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

You have:

  • A degree in STEM disciplines, or Business Administration, Management, Economics.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in IT consulting, functional consulting, or business analysis, ideally involving the implementation of enterprise software solutions.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements and build configuration options, guiding clients through the decision-making process.
  • Knowledge of software analysis techniques and definition of functional specifications.
  • Good technology and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills - you will be willing to assume a customer facing role, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
