And is it also important to you to independently shape topics, drive innovative ideas, and contribute to the further development of our company? Then let's talk about your potential entry with us!

What makes this position special:

  • You will exchange ideas with other consulting areas of the Strategic People Advisory Team to jointly develop innovative solutions.
  • You will keep an eye on current trends, market developments, and best practices.
  • You will be part of a diverse, highly motivated team where collaboration and mutual learning are paramount.

What makes you special:

  • Very important to us: You are pragmatic and fast, but have a sense for high quality; you are self-confident, but can laugh at yourself – and you like your work, but also know that life is more than work.
  • You have a successfully completed degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Humanities, or Economics, or are close to completing one.
  • Initial or several years of consulting experience (depending on level) in a consulting environment is an advantage, but not a must.
