Job Description

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort seeks Cooks and Junior Cooks to support its diverse Food & Beverage operations. Responsibilities include storing food (raw, dry, canned, cooked); preparing raw food and ingredients; assisting Chefs in cooking; garnishing and dishing food according to menu and guest requirements. Shift work, including weekends and holidays, is mandatory. Candidates without experience should possess a relevant Certificate or Diploma. Experience will influence potential for higher positions. The resort operates 365 days a year, demanding flexibility and adaptability from its culinary team.

Must have:

Store and prepare food items
Assist chefs in cooking process
Garnish and dish food per menu
Relevant Certificate/Diploma (for entry-level)
Good communication skills
Shift work availability

Good to have:

Prior cooking experience

Job Summary:

To accommodate the thousands of guests arriving every day from all over the world, the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort offers a variety of Food & Beverage options at various locations across property. Our Food & Beverage cast members make sure that no guest walks away hungry!

This position requires shift duty.

Responsibilities:

Our Cooks help to store raw, dry, canned and cooked food; prepare raw food and ingredients for cooking; assists the Chef in the cooking process; and garnishes and dish the food items according to the requirements of the menu, recipe, and Guests

Basic Qualifications:

Candidates with no working experience are required to have the Certificate or Diploma in a related subject
Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with more experience will be considered for higher positions

Additional Information:

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
