Job Description

As the Sales Manager for Brazil, you will be responsible for significantly increasing the sell-through of Razer products to meet ambitious revenue goals within the Brazilian market. This pivotal role involves actively driving and maximizing sales performance, evaluating key business opportunities, and cultivating new, strong relationships with partners. You will also be tasked with training retailers on product knowledge, analyzing market trends, and strategically coordinating marketing activities to bolster Razer's brand presence and achieve sales targets.
Must have:

  • Work cross-functionally to support business and product launches.
  • Knowledge of competitors, local market trends, pricing, promotions, and advertising.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills to process data and manage inventory.
  • Communicate daily and effectively with the remote sales team.
  • Develop brand presence and negotiate product placement.
  • Coordinate and execute channel marketing activities and attend events.
  • Accurate planning and forecasting of product assortment.
  • Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced public environment.
  • Self-starter, able to make judgments and prioritize workload.
  • Driven to maximize sales and coordinate marketing activities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to commute to the office.

Job Responsibilities :

Summary

As the Sales Manager for Brazil, you will help increase the sell-through of Razer products to meet revenue goals in Brazil.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive and maximize sales performance in the territory (Brazil) to consistently achieve or exceed the overall sales target assigned.
  • Evaluate key business opportunities and develop new relationships.
  • Establish a solid and professional relationship with partners who carry Razer in their brand catalog by following up, solving problems, and making sure they are succeeding in their business selling Razer.
  • Train partners and retailers on existing products, upcoming launches, and product categories. Work cross-functionally to ensure all aspects of the business are well supported and ensure strategic product launches are well implemented.
  • Knowledge of competitors, local market trends, pricing, promotions, and advertising.
  • Suggest marketing plans and programs to generate leads and long-term demand.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills, able to process data to form patterns, communicate trends to key partners, and manage inventory accordingly.
  • Work closely and communicate daily and effectively with the remote sales team regarding partner strategy and support needed for successful execution.
  • Develop brand presence and negotiate product placement in high-traffic retail spaces, specialized shops, shopping malls, and gaming stores.
  • Coordinate and execute channel marketing activities and attend consumer shows and retail activations as required.
  • Identify main trade shows and gaming events for participation. Helping with planning and executions to show event ROI and post-sales.
  • Accurate planning and forecasting of product assortment for customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Must be able to speak and write in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.
  • Knowledge of competitors, local market trends, pricing, promotions, and advertising
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced public environment.
  • A self-starter, able to make judgments and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Must be driven to maximize sales and coordinate marketing activities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
  • Category management, Product management, or Country sales experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to commute to the office.

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree in business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
