Razer is seeking a dedicated RazerStore Supervisor to manage daily store operations, supervise sales associates, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role involves leading a team to meet sales targets, providing training, handling customer inquiries, managing inventory, and assisting the Retail Manager. The supervisor will also support community events to drive store traffic, contributing to Razer's mission of revolutionizing gaming.
Must have:
  • Lead and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide training on customer service, product knowledge, and sales strategies.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels, cash management, and ensure appealing product displays.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze sales reports and implement improvement strategies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
  • Assist the Retail Manager in all aspects of store operations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train, develop, and motivate team members.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
  • Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Details

Job Responsibilities :

Our RazerStore is seeking an experienced and dedicated retail supervisor to join our team. The retail supervisor will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, supervising sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service. They will problem-solve and support opportunities to drive traffic into the store through community events and partners.

Pay Rate: $23/hr

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide training on customer service, product knowledge, and sales strategies.
  • Drive performance through positive coaching and feedback.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels, cash management, and ensure appealing product displays.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze sales reports and implement improvement strategies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
  • Assist the Retail Manager in all aspects of store operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Salary Ranges (per annum):

$69,064.00 - $115,107.00
