A Group Creative Manager (aka Creative Group Head) at Schbang juggles many hats: that of an ideas machine, a crafting factory, an insight bank, and a creative leader in the making. You'll be responsible for leading a team of creative monkeys, ideating & ensuring qualitative delivery on brands ranging from Fevicol to Loreal and Happydent to Hotstar, and holding fort in front of clients and all others. It's a tough job, but a rewarding one indeed. So, we are looking for 'Creative Commandos' (sex no bar) with the following chops: π‘ Someone with 7 years of copywriting experience in an advertising agency (both mandatory). π‘ Someone with a couple of advertising awards with their name on it, or a portfolio of worthy ideas waiting in the wings. (Ideally, both.) π‘ Someone who breathes brands, loves advertising, and studies creative communication for happy living. (ideally, all 3.) π‘ Someone who knows how to work social media and rock every other. (Digital and/or mainline). π‘ Someone who dreams of creating relevant communication and reaping advertising awards?
