The Creative Learning Mobile App Service Planning role at Smilegate Futurelab involves designing and launching a mobile app for children, teens, and young adults to foster a culture of collaborative learning and self-discovery. Responsibilities include user research, data analysis, defining core features (creative learning content, rewards, SNS, LMS), designing service flows, developing community management and reward systems, managing content, conducting beta testing, creating educator guides, setting KPIs, and using data for improvements. This position requires at least 5 years of mobile app service planning experience (PM/PO).
Good To Have:- Experience with educational apps or apps for children/teens
- Experience deriving key indicators and insights using data
- Experience in early service and product planning and launching
- Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma, Proto.io)
- Ability to collaborate through systematic documentation
Must Have:- 5+ years mobile app service planning experience
- Understanding of platform service planning processes
- Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills
- Deep understanding of 10-13 year-old users
