Creative Specialist (Contract)

Hyperconnect's Marketing Creative Team is a specialized creative organization that leads the success of marketing campaigns for various services, including the global video communication platform 'Azar'. They are responsible for planning and producing marketing image and video creatives across online and offline channels, creating core content for service growth. They cover a wide range of areas, from campaigns seeking immediate results like digital performance advertising to brand films that convey brand value. The goal is to maintain the brand's unique tone and manner while generating meaningful results based on experimentation and verification.

Responsibilities

• Produce online and offline advertising videos and images for Azar and new brands.
• Produce video and image assets for marketing creatives using AI tools.
• Produce App Store and app event images for Azar and new brands.

Requirements

• 2+ years of practical experience in advertising video production (portfolio required).
• Proficient in video and image production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
• Experience in producing video results using AI.
• Ability to quickly understand planning intentions and campaign objectives and implement them with quality within a set time.
• Ability to accept feedback well and clearly explain production intentions based on smooth communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in producing digital performance ads.
• Extensive experience in short-form content production (Tiktok, Youtube, Instagram).
• Proficiency in English communication.

Hiring Process

• Employment Type: Parental leave replacement contract position (12 months / expected to start in December 2025).
