This entry-level role focuses on early life retention, delivering below-the-line offers and communications across multiple brands, markets, and products. Responsibilities include supporting CRM Managers in creating emails, implementing dynamic content and personalization, testing for compatibility, monitoring performance, and staying updated on competitor campaigns. The role also involves project management using JIRA and assisting with operational tasks like landing pages and player journeys.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with Salesforce Journey Builder
  • Language skills in Spanish, Portuguese, Greek, Latvian, Polish, or any Scandinavian language
Must Have:
  • Minimum 1 year in iGaming or relevant experience
  • Ability to follow detailed technical instructions
  • Strong interest in online casino, poker, or sportsbook products
  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills in English

You’ll support the daily operations of the CRM Early Life Retention team, helping create experiences that drive loyalty from day one.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

📧 Email Marketing

  • Support CRM Managers with creating emails for BTL Early Life Retention campaigns
  • Collaborate with copywriters to ensure content is compelling, on-brand, compliant, and localised
  • Implement dynamic content, personalisation, and interactive elements
  • Test for compatibility across email clients
  • Monitor performance (open rates, CTR, conversions)
  • Stay ahead by reviewing competitor campaigns

🗂️ Project Management

  • Use JIRA to manage CRM projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders

🤝 Support CRM Managers

  • Assist with operational tasks: landing pages, player journeys, configuring rewards, uploading banners/content
  • Coordinate design, content creation, and localisation

✅ Requirements
