The Network Development and Training department wishes to integrate an apprentice eager to develop their skills by assisting the Sales and After-Sales Training Project Managers and Network Development Advisors on the projects below:
Participation in the organization of product launch events:
- You support the Nissan Academy team in the preparation and organization of product launch events for the Nissan range. Coordination with the event agency, Nissan Europe training teams, internal teams, and Nissan West Europe field forces.
Support for network development activities:
- Geomarketing studies, benchmark of distribution networks, and market analyses.
- Creation, development, and monitoring of dashboards and reporting.
- Internal communication of network changes during the year.
Localization and deployment of training content:
- You accompany the Nissan Academy team in the localization, adaptation, and proofreading of training content provided by the Nissan Europe training team or developed locally to meet the specificities of the French market and network, in line with the training plan defined for the current fiscal year. This content can target both commercial and service activities.
Network performance improvement process:
- Quarterly evaluation of the commercial and quality level of dealerships.
- Analysis of market share and sales/after-sales satisfaction KPIs.
- Proposal of a list of sites to monitor.
Activity optimization and training performance monitoring:
- Monitoring and analysis of training achievements deployed through existing reporting tools (Excel, Sparkup, and Power BI Business Intelligence tool).
- You participate in performance monitoring through a qualitative analysis of the KPIs of existing dashboards.
Participation in the development of web and digital training tools:
- You actively work to promote the LMS to the Nissan sales force and network (highlighting the training catalog, animating the homepage, etc.) and are proactive in exploiting the existing functionalities of the LMS (workspace, etc.).
- You conduct regular monitoring and participate in the implementation of new digital solutions.
Desired Profile
Educational background:
- Engineering school, business school, Master's cycle.
- Rigor, autonomy, curiosity, versatility, and a sense of initiative will be essential character traits to successfully carry out your missions.
- Very good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
- Good writing skills in French.
- Holder of a B driving license.
Computer skills:
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, and Powerpoint).
- Mastery of Power BI would be a plus.
Languages:
- English: professional level.
- French: native or bilingual.
Remuneration: between 1,300 and 1,600 euros gross per month according to the legal scale.
