Job Description

The Customer Service Manager for Southeast Asia will be responsible for building and managing the game customer service team in the region, including workforce planning and resource management. This role requires familiarity with game publishing plans, collaboration with other regional customer service teams, and the development of customer service methodologies. The manager will also be tasked with setting and achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, a self-driven personality, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Good To Have:
  • Customer service experience of game industry is highly preferred.
Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, and able to work in English environment.
  • 3+ years experience in customer service of Internet industry
  • At least 1 year experience of customer service team management.
  • Sensitive about data, and able to strategize based on data analysis.
  • Self-driven personality with strong logical thinking and problem solving ability.
