Job Description

As a Customer Service Rep, you will interpret customer requirements, align customer needs with company interests, and manage the scheduling and tracking of shipments. This includes coordinating shipping movements for optimal time and cost, tracking critical part numbers, and effectively communicating with customers and manufacturing plants. You will also handle material discrepancies, participate in continuous improvement projects, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Engineering/Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced English
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of client platforms
  • Problem-solving
  • Advanced Excel
  • Decision-making
  • Assertive communication
  • 1 year of experience in the automotive industry
