Our client, a leading Singapore fintech, is expanding its loan matching platform across APAC and seeks a Customer Success Executive in Hong Kong. This role involves being the primary customer contact, resolving loan application issues, coordinating with partners, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships to support market growth in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia.
Must have:
  • Serve as the main contact for customers

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English

  • 2+ years of experience in financial services

Overview

Our client is a top Singapore fintech connecting borrowers with 70+ financial institutions via their loan matching platform. They've connections with 100+ lending partners, and raised US$5M in 2023 to expand across APAC. Currently they are looking for a Customer Success Executive in Hong Kong to cope with the expansion while supporting market growth in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the main contact for customers, ensuring prompt resolution of loan applications, inquiries, concerns, and expectations in accordance with our customer experience standards
  • Coordinate between customers and partners to facilitate optimal connections and relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while striving to deliver the best possible outcomes for the clients
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through the framework, maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional support after application submission.

What You Will Need

  • Candidates with 2+ years of experience in financial services have an advantage; with prior experience in customer success or customer-facing roles
  • Strong negotiation abilities with aptitude for resolving complex situations
  • Adaptable mindset suited for fast-paced environments and collaboration with ambitious team members
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
