About the role

Join our team in Pōneke/Wellington or Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland as an experienced Technology Delivery Lead, and play a crucial role in solving key challenges for clients across New Zealand. Leverage your expertise in project management and business transformation to integrate strategy and operations, driving productivity and growth,for our clients.

This position requires a commitment to driving transformative change through cutting-edge CRM technology and strategic insights. Central to your role will be engaging with clients, understanding their unique business needs, and providing strategic guidance to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Manage the delivery process, including timelines, resources, budget and quality assurance to ensure successful outcomes.
• Creation of contracts, ensuring that delivery aligns with contractual obligations and requirements.
• Support with the ‘opportunity identification and management’ process. This includes supporting and leading RFP responses, and driving internal processes related to opportunity management.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, delivering tailored Salesforce solutions while building long-lasting relationships and providing strategic guidance to maintain system integrity and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure all PwC processes and risk activities are completed according to PwC Global and Local standards.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.

Skills and experience

• Over 6 years of experience in a Professional Services (Consulting) environment; Salesforce delivery experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong delivery management skills ideally working across large-scale projects lasting over 6 months.
• Proficient in agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence; skilled in risk identification, management, and mitigation.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; adept at explaining technical concepts clearly to clients and colleagues with focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong client relationship-building abilities; comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholders while maintaining a customer-friendly approach.
• Willingness to travel within New Zealand as needed.
